Private Hire

The pool is available for block bookings for groups of 2 - 6 people. This means you book the same weekly 30min swim slot for a 6-week period. For example, you might book 10am Monday and this would be your session every week for 6 weeks. You would then have first option to renew the session for the next 6-week period. 

When you book your first session you will be asked to arrive a little earlier so there is time to show you around the pool and explain the procedures. Usually, you would arrive 10mins before your swim session, for example if you book 10am you would arrive 9.50am to allow time to change before your swim. You enter the pool hall at the start of your session as the previous group leaves. At the end of your 30min swim you exit the pool and have 15mins to change. 

The pool does not have a lifeguard so all groups must have a minimum of 2 competent adults able to raise the alarm in an emergency.

There is a 10% discount off any further session if you book more than one in the same 6 week block. 

Car Sharing Promotion

To promote a greener footprint, we are encouraging car sharing with a discount initiative:

If your group travels in ONE car the discount is 25%

If your group travels in TWO cars the discount is 10%

One off sessions are limited to South Gloucestershire school holidays.

For insurance purposes we do not offer pool parties and we do not allow teachers to run lessons during hire sessions.
